B147B is a kind of OBD-II Diagnostic B-Body Diagnostic Trouble Code for Vignale 1500.

B147B Vignale 1500 is triggered when the bank 1 camshaft position sensor doesn't match the signal from the crankshaft position sensor. There are two wires dedicated for each coil; one is battery feed which usually comes from the distribution center, and the other one for the coil driver circuit from the PCM.
