C0064 is a kind of OBD-II Diagnostic C-Chassis Diagnostic Trouble Code for Vector M.

C0064 Vector M is described as Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction. This code is strictly about the incoming signal from the FRP (fuel rail pressure) sensor falling below the calibrated limit for a certain period of time. There are two wires dedicated for each coil; one is battery feed which usually comes from the distribution center, and the other one for the coil driver circuit from the PCM.
